A complete tool wall rather than a row of bins. Four interlocking panels build one board, and the whole face is usable: bins clip anywhere along it, hooks take the tools you grab hourly, and the two combs keep wrenches and screwdrivers in size order instead of in a pile. Panels lock together square, so the second row lines up with the first without measuring.
